Our Story

In 1988, B&B Products, the inventor of Carribean Mist, began as a small, minority-owned manufacturing company specializing in industrial and household cleaning products. After 17 years, B&B Products continues to be the only minority-owned company to manufacture cleaning products for store shelves. Eventually, B&B Products expanded its line of products with the invention of a 3-in-1 air and fabric freshener and odor eliminator.

B&B Products and Carribean Mist felt a desire to protect the earth for our children and families. Manufacturing all natural, non-toxic detergents and household cleaning products is our contribution to the ever-popular green efforts locally in the U.S. and across the world. Though many organic and eco-friendly products have a reputation for being more expensive than the alternative, Carribean Mist places emphasis on creating environmentally safe products that are also affordable. In most cases, Carribean Mist products are priced considerably lower than the competing brands.

B&B products felt an obligation to use our expertise to expand our product line to do our part in helping with the global pandemic caused by COVID – 19. B&B products is proud to introduce our first hand sanitizer which meets the FDA’s March 2020 guidance for compounding guidelines for consumer and healthcare personnel use. Our hand sanitizer falls in line with our company’s philosophy of being environmentally safe, eco friendly, and economical.
